Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before signing up as a Trainer or Student on our platform (The “AURASkill” ). By clicking “Sign Up,” “Register,” or “I Agree,” you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Provisions

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into these Terms and accept full responsibility for compliance with all local laws.

1.2 Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. User Accounts and Registration

2.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account.

2.3 User Types

  • Students: Users who sign up to receive training, courses, or instruction.
  • Trainers: Users who sign up to provide training, courses, or instruction.

3. Terms Specific to Trainers

3.1 Content and Instruction

  • Accuracy: Trainers warrant that all instructional content, materials, and information they provide are accurate, current, and not misleading.
  • Intellectual Property (IP): Trainers retain the IP rights to their own instructional content, but grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content as necessary to provide the services.
  • Code of Conduct: Trainers must maintain a professional and respectful demeanor and adhere to the Platform’s community guidelines.

3.2 Payment and Fees

  • Pricing: Trainers are responsible for setting the price of their courses/sessions, subject to any minimum/maximum pricing policies set by the Platform.
  • Platform Fees: The Platform will deduct a service fee (commission) from the payments received by the Trainer. The current fee structure will be detailed in a separate Trainer Agreement or Fee Schedule, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Terms Specific to Students

4.1 Payment Obligation

Students agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the courses or training sessions they enroll in, according to the pricing published by the Trainer.

4.2 Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies are governed by the specific policy stated by the Trainer for each course, or by the Platform’s general Refund Policy, which is available on our website.

4.3 Use of Content

Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and view the instructional content only for their personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Reproduction, redistribution, or public display of the content is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

5.1 No Guarantee

The Platform does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that the quality of any courses, products, or information obtained will meet your expectations.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform, including without limitation, any Trainer or Student.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, State of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
