What Can Be Submitted on AURA

You will regularly submit:

  • Beginner-level tasks

  • Intermediate challenges

  • Advanced tasks

  • Major skill-building projects

  • Revision submissions after feedback

Each submission is reviewed by mentors and influences your Skill Graph.


How to Submit a Task or Project

Follow these steps to submit your work:

  1. Open the assigned task or project from your dashboard.

  2. Read the instructions and requirements carefully.

  3. Download reference files or resources if provided.

  4. Complete the work according to the brief.

  5. Upload your file or paste your link in the submission field.

  6. Click Submit to send it for mentor review.

You can view your submission status immediately afterward.


Submission Guidelines

To ensure your submission is accepted:

Read Instructions Carefully

Every task has specific formats, criteria, and expectations.

Follow Naming Conventions

Use clear file names so mentors can identify your work easily.

Use the Correct Format

Examples include:

  • Image: JPG, PNG

  • Document: PDF

  • Video: MP4

  • Design Files: Figma/GDrive links

  • Code: GitHub or zip files

Make sure your file matches the required type.

Check File Size Limits

Large files may be rejected. Compress them if necessary.

Ensure Links Are Accessible

If using a link, set permissions to Anyone with the link can view.


What Happens After You Submit

Once submitted:

  1. Your work enters the mentor review queue.

  2. A mentor reviews your task or project.

  3. You receive detailed feedback.

  4. Your Skill Graph updates based on performance.

  5. You may be asked to correct and resubmit.

Revisions are normal and part of the mastery cycle.


Understanding Revision Cycles

If a mentor requests changes:

  • Review the feedback carefully.

  • Correct the specific mistakes mentioned.

  • Resubmit your improved version.

Each revision strengthens your Skill Graph and mastery level.


Project Submissions (Higher Weight)

Projects carry more weight in your Skill Graph because they:

  • Test your ability to apply multiple skills at once

  • Show your understanding of real-world requirements

  • Demonstrate completion capability

  • Prepare you for actual industry expectations

Submitting projects with attention and clarity is important for faster progress.


Common Submission Issues and Fixes

1. File Not Uploading

  • Reduce file size

  • Try another browser

  • Check your internet connection

  • Reattempt after refresh

2. Link Not Opening

  • Change sharing settings

  • Use a shareable link (Google Drive, GitHub, etc.)

  • Recopy and test the link before submitting

3. Submission Button Not Working

  • Try again after logging out and in
