Posted on 21 November 2025 11:44 am

Overview

AURA’s training model is built on tacit knowledge — the deep expertise gained through hands-on experience, repetition, and practical problem-solving.
Trainers play a crucial role in helping students master skills through guidance, feedback, and structured review cycles.

AURA values trainers who can teach through clarity, simplicity, and practical insight.
